Hello, my name is Ty Traister. I am a 21 year old junior at Lock Haven University and I am health and physical education major. I myself come from the very near and dear to all our hearts city of Lock Haven. For my first two years of college I attended Bloomsburg University and this is now my first semester at Lock Haven University. I play football here for LHU and hope to help turn the program around along with my teammates. With this instructional media class I hope to gather all the necessary media knowledge I will need to help my physical education students better themselves the best they can. Even though you wouldn’t think that a physical education teacher needs these skills I know that the strategies I hope to learn in this course I will be able to use to better my career. I hope to try and think of new and exciting ways to introduce the usage of technology to my students. We are living in a new high tech world, and even though these technologies may be part of the reason for America’s obesity I feel we can use this new technology to better our physical fitness and the way we exercise.
